Every dollar counts. With a lean team and budget, OneStepHope is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, meaning all contributions are tax-deductible. Our films (or portions of them) have been viewed more than 120,000 times, and we're just getting started.

OneStepHope's leadership team, Board of Directors, and advisors bring both unrelenting hope and credible experiences with recovery and organizational leadership. Our founder and Board President has a personal passion for recovery from his own experience with addiction, as well as a background in social impact consulting and an MBA from Harvard University. Our Board Treasurer is a certified CPA and CFA, and our Board Secretary previously worked as Communications Director for a U.S. Congresswoman.
Our advisors include counselors, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and other professionals with decades of experience working in mental health, entrepreneurship, and nonprofits. Whether directly touched by addiction or not, each of our Boardmembers and advisors carries a passion for this space. We believe that transformation is birthed in celebrating the important work being done across the ecosystem and maintaining a vision for more.
